1.5 ounces gin
1.5 ounces blanco vermouth (white, not dry vermouth)
.5 ounce Giffard Pamplemousse (pink grapefruit liqueur)
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice and add all the liquid ingredients. Rotate for 30 seconds (stir if using a glass; if using a shaker, swirl, don’t shake, to avoid creating ice chips that will over-dilute the drink)
Pour into a rocks glass over a big rock, and serve with a thin slice of pink grapefruit.
Good for the hot weather and happy hour drinking outdoors.
