Ingredients:
3 golf ball size scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (I prefer Haagen-Dazs)
1 capful of Scotch
Directions:
Put golf-ball sized scoops of vanilla ice cream in a glass.
Agitate it with a fork until it has the consistency of stiff cottage cheese.
Add ONE capful, yes, ONE capful of Scotch over the ice cream.
If desired sprinkle with a little shaved chocolate or cocoa powder. And Serve.
Do not overdo the Scotch; less is way more and two capfuls will wreck it. ONE cap only and it can be cheapo Scotch; we’ve tried it with really good Scotch, and it makes no difference!!!
We take a vanilla ice cream out of the freezer before we start dinner and put it in the fridge to soften a little bit that way it’s ready to split up and jab with a fork when dinner is over.
This is impossibly simple but magic.
